So Fashion

Today marks the start of Fashion week in NYC  and tonight is Fashion night in the department stores.  Below is a photo of Downtown Broadway this evening. The streets were packed with fashionistas with tickets to openings and fashion events.  I did not have such tickets but I did go into any store that was open entry and they had things like cupcakes, free shopping bags and discounts.  NYC was out in full force and let me just day ... anything goes in NYC.

If I had a little girl she would be made to wear these cute as a button Chinese brocade Mary Janes.  Cheap as Chips from Pearl River , an Asian department store downtown that is always worth a look.
