IHOP - more like INOT

Today I decided I was sick of my normal cereal breakfast so I thought I would check out what is called the IHOP restaurant.  It is just up the street from me and I always wondered what all the fuss was about as it was often full.  So being Sunday I thought I deserved a big breakfast after a gym session.

As usual the place was packed but a table for one was available and I was seated. I was impressed with the array of syrup flavours available on each table, obviously pancakes are big here.

The menu was extensive and I quickly realised that this was not going to be a healthy choice meal so I went for the combo - a bit of everything breakfast and of course pancakes. $10.50

Lets just say that just as it looks it was all fried and the eggs were so yellow, like fluoro yellow.  I ate about a quarter of this and remembered that I really don't like pancakes and syrup so all in all not a good move by me and to make matters worse I accidentally tipped Carise my waitress for today twice so this lesson cost me just under $20 and in need of another hour at the gym.  A lesson I wont learn again.  IHOP - full of families and people who like pancakes and all things fried.
