Another week gone....

Not much to report - the weather is cold and the snow is gone for the moment.

A friend took me to long island last weekend and I got a tour of the area including areas where hurricane Sandy left devastation - still a lot of work to be done in some areas.  The famous Hamptons are a few more hours further out of Long Island - ran out of time to get there but I could see why it was an easy escape from  the city.

Went to a shopping outlet (Tanger outlet) whilst in the area (would be rude to not have a quick look) and snapped up some bargain black leather converse chuck boots for a criminal $45.00 - I love America!

At the shopping outlet - another ice skating ring to tempt me - I just cant do it - those sharp skates scare the bejesus out of me - I just keep thinking they would slice my fingers off in a second .......

Worked another full week for the pharmaceutical company to earn some green backs to spend on my travels.  Boston this weekend and Chicago the following week...so lucky to be here and do this! Enjoying the moment.
